The Symphony Procurement Suite is a full lifecycle cloud-based software service that manages the complex  logistics of government contract vehicles in accordance with FAR 16.505. It is composed of two modules, Symphony Audition and Symphony Performer,  designed to work in concert with one another but can also be operated  independently. 

Symphony ensures organizations are purchasing according to fair opportunity laws and rules and enforces transparency and integrity in the initial contract award and its management. Finally, a simple, collaborative environment for Programs, Ordering Activities, and Industry.
