OASIS Plus, often referred to as OASIS +, is the next generation of the GSA’s multi-agency contract for complex non-IT services and will be the largest contract vehicle in existence with 6 distinct solicitations and 48 domains. It offers government agencies a wide range of professional services, including consulting, engineering, training, and more. The contract also has no ceiling, meaning there is no limit on the number of awards that can be made. This will allow agencies to quickly and easily acquire the services they need, when they need them. And the end-to-end program is powered by Symphony.
After the success of our collaboration on OASIS, the GSA chose Symphony to power the end-to-end experience for OASIS+, from solicitation through to award. Symphony provides a streamlined proposal process, simplifies the process of multiple submissions, and ensures that submissions meet the stringent criteria or are clear on why they won’t.
OASIS+ is the most complex solicitation Symphony has managed to date. There are 48 scorecard/validation combinations. A key strength of Symphony is its configurability. It can support the unique needs of each contract without any custom code, decreasing time to deployment while ensuring the quality of submissions.
